Emerald Capital Group is now preparing to embark on two projects which are Jawi Intelligent City and Ipoh Tourism Hub.
The upcoming RM120 million mixed development of Jawi Intelligent City is located between Nibong Tebal and Jawi in Seberang Prai. Jawi Intelligent City is first of its kind in Jawi that exudes the charm and the commercial viability of well-planned township. Another project by Emerald Capital Group with the support from Perak state government is to build Ipoh Tourism Hub which is strategically located at the exit of Ipoh Selatan Interchange, beside TESCO. This project encompases Perak Tourist Information Centre, al fresco retail outlets with landscaped pedestrian walkway, and service apartments with full recreational facilities. It is also completed with IT and business facilities.
