Computerization
Not only is our Contracts Department networked, but also all levels of networking from Directors to junior employees, and computers are linked inter-departments. One of our objectives is to keep in line with the best technology and we intend to review this area annually.

Planning
We believe strongly that planning is the main essence to enable smooth implementation of our undertaking and to ensure timely delivery. Prior to the commencement of new undertaking, our director will lead a team of professional staffs to plan the works in according to its logic, to schedule the material, labour and machinery resources of meeting our client requirements. As the saying goes, “Failing to plan is planning to fail”.
Implementation
We believe in the “hands-on” principle in implementing projects. Our directors are hands-on in their job functions. This also instils a confidence from our clients and also serves as a strong motivation amongst the organization. There is a prevailing team effort and camaraderie “esprit”.
Progress Monitoring
There is close monitoring of the projects undertaken and reports of project sites are prepared weekly to enable the client a first hand information of the progress of work. Our reports details physical progress against forecast, Work Program, weather report, deployment of machinery, material and manpower and digitally taken site progress photographs. Our project monitoring is computer aided with ‘Primavera’ project application.
