IP-PABX
IP-PABX is an IP server that supports the functions of the conventional PABX. Under the conventional PABX, all calls made from the host location is chargeable by the local telecommunication provider. With this state-of-the-art call management system, IP-PABX, a company can route all their calls to their subsidiaries, suppliers and customers for FREE. This voice traffic will be transmitted through the internet. PABX-IP CONVERTER

Computers can act as softphones. A softphone is simply a software downloaded to your computer. From there, a user can speak through a microphone.
